..and unsteady, lies the water’s surface, beneath my boat of life, far beyond it reaches, so much deeper there to dive.
The further down you’re sinking, the darker as it gets, much colder than you’re a thinking, with no sun rays there to catch.
And the pressure is relentless, squeezing every inch of you, crushes bones, thoughts, sweat and tears, muffles every dream of you, does it just until you flinch.
Even on our darkest places, is a ground there to be found? A common sense of reason‘s laces, with a cause of where it’s bound?
So what’s the purpose of this play, that comes to game with everyday, joints all the senses and my ego, to a bundle, self conscious and aware.
Colors flicker, right there before my eye and shapes form on the black surrounding, trick me to believe and stare, don’t get caught and dare..
As many are the luring dangers, plentiful is the abyss and sirens sound their wicked songs, to drag you deeper into this .
..In the end, you‘re on a surface, a silver lining on the waterfront if you may will, as your mind was going darker, to dwell in places, rare and still.
If there is no ground that hits you, just some surface here and there and this cold black darkness mulls you, infinite is everywhere.
This place is called the universe, it ripples throughout time and space, it makes the wonders work, things happen and you of it aware.
Death is the common ground that hits us both, the final symphony, that will ring our ears, while mine is short but painful, yours is excruciating over eons and only painless for some years.
I thank you for eternity and as long as I‘ll be here, we share a smile and sing a song together, meet existence with a cheer!
